Dear Family, I was saddened by the news that Murray had passed. The last time I saw him is when he and Kyle came up to the press box at the Iowa Cubs game to say hi. Even though we were not very close over the last several years I still have fond memories of renting from him and living on West Park Ave. They way I will remember him will be on his boat with his big shit eating grin. God bless Murray now and his family!

Murray will be greatly missed. I will always remember his big, larger than life AWESOME laugh and personality. When Murray laughed you couldn't help but have a huge smile and laugh along with him.

I grew up next door to Murray and then had the privilege to see Murray and Wendy's family grow. I am very sad to hear that we have lost Murray but am honored that he was a part of my and my family's life. He will be greatly missed.

My condolences to Wendy, Chelsea, Arielle & Klyle

Gonna miss that unmistakable voice and random phone tag over crossword clues; "what the hell is 24-across?!!". Do your crosswords in ink, fire up one last marlboro red and hoist a miller lite in celebration of all that was murray.fromm all my family, our sincerest condolences.

My prayers and sympathy to Murray's family for your loss of one of the most 'unique' individuals I've had the pleasure of working and hunting with. With his voice, intellect, quick wit and dry humor, the man could have made a living doing a radio talk show. But instead, chose to make his living as one of the most entertaing engineers I've worked with. May the good Lord bless Murray with eternal rest and his family with faith and strength.

Murray was a hoot and a half. We had a trainload of running jokes, some of which went on forever. Loved working with him and enjoyed his company off duty. Adios amigo.

Murray will be missed. His antics and grin brought similar grins to those who knew him. He is remembered most fondly. My sympathies to his family & friends for their loss.

To a great friend with whom I was blessed to share so many happy times while growing up in Boone, I can never thank you enough for all the smiles, laughter, and just plain good times you and your family brought into my life. Your spirit remains with me in those many special memories that still make me smile. May you rest in peace Murph. My sympathies to your family and all who grieve your passing. This old German sadly feels your loss.
